Sycamore Heights

Tapestry partnered with OneStreet Residential to develop Sycamore Heights, a 64-unit mixed-income affordable senior apartment community in the City of Jefferson, Jackson County, Georgia.  Tapestry and OneStreet secured 9% LIHTCs and private loans to finance the $15 million redevelopment.  The development prioritized energy conservation and sustainability measures with certification under the EarthCraft Communities and EarthCraft Multifamily programs. Located near downtown Jefferson and a community trail system, on-site amenities include a fenced community-garden, a covered exterior porch, a movie theater room, fitness center, business center, community room with kitchen, and free WiFi in common areas.  Construction was completed in April 2021.
